• 250g minced venison
• Diced onion
• Celery
• Garlic
• 425g can of diced tomato
• Salt peper
• Mixed herbs
• 4 medium dirty potatoes
• Oil
• Sea salt
• 1/2 cup shredded cheese
1. In a medium sized frying pan cook off venison onion celery and garlic, once browned add the can of tomato, salt pepper and mixed herbs. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
2. Heat oven to a high 220 degrees, wash the potatoes and dry. Cut the potatoes into wedges and place on a try. Drizzle them in oil then sprinkle with the sea salt.
3. Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes or until cooked with a crispy skin.
4. Serve the potatoes amongst plates then spoon the mince venison on top and cheese. Put back into the oven until cheese melts. You could fi nish it off with a dollop of sour cream.
