• 1 clove of crushed garlic
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 pinch of pepper
• 1 tbs of lemon zest
• 1 tbs of fresh thyme
• 1 tsp oil
• 2 venison steak (200g each)
1. Mix garlic, salt, pepper, zest and thyme in a small bowl
2. Add venison and cover let stand for 20 minutes
3. Heat oil in a hot pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes each side
4. Allow to rest for few minutes before eating
5. Serve with salad or vegetables
