• 500gm of venison cut into strips
• 2tbs of crushed ginger
• 1tbs of crushed garlic
• Pinch salt and pepper
• 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
• 3 tbs of honey
• 1 shot of rum or whisky if you wish
• 1 cup cashews
• slice up vegetables thinly, carrots, zucchini, broccoli or what ever you have in fridge
• steamed rice or egg noodles
1. Add all ingredients into large bowl mix well, the longer it marinate the better
2. Heat pan so it’s hot,
3. Add little oil once starts to smoke add meat
4. Reserve leftover marinate
5. Fry off meat until all sealed do not over cook will only take couple minutes
6. Add vegetables and cashews wont take long to cook if cut thinly
7. Add left over marinate and heat
8. Serve with rice or egg noodles
