Venison wraps


• Pack of Tortilla wraps
• Any good cut of meat in this recipe i used back strap 300g
• 1 onion sliced
• 1 tomato diced
• Iceberg lettuce sliced
• Avocado diced
• Cheese (optional)
• BBQ sauce or Sals


1. Fry off onion and venison in a hot pan to how you like it cooked.
2. Heat your wraps to the packets instructions usually 30 seconds.
3. Put BBQ sauce down fi rst then put your fi llings in and wrap.
4. I fi nd it easier using larger wraps.
